WRITER OF, AND DABBLER IN,

What I'm reading

It was a busy month.

On the downside, I got through fully half of The Book of M before finally getting bumped enough by issues that I had to walk away from it. It has an intriguing premise, though, so I want to find a synopsis somewhere that’ll at least fill me in on what ultimately happens.

On the upside, I tripped across the Alcatraz Smedry series, which is proving a quick, fun read that the whole family is eating through.

The Started and Stopped items were pretty thick this month. As previously mentioned, there’s any number of reasons that a story may not click with me. Given my (seemingly ever-deeper) stack of stuff to read, there’s zero reason to make myself/yourself get through a book that isn’t being enjoyed.

Onward!
